Program details change
Funding availability, income limits, purchase price caps and eligibility rules are set by the agencies that run these programs and change frequently. HPAP in particular is funded on the District's fiscal year and awarded first-come, first-served. Always confirm current guidelines with the agency and a licensed lender before making decisions.
