What we collect
When you submit the eligibility form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the ward or neighborhood you are searching in, and the answers you give about your living situation, timeline, estimated credit range, household income range, target price range, whether you have spoken with a lender, whether you are a first-time buyer, whether you have student loans, and the obstacle you identify.
How we use it
To review which down payment assistance programs may fit your situation and to contact you about your home purchase. Submitting the form means you consent to be contacted by phone, text message and email.
Automated text messages
After you submit the form you will receive an automated text message from (301) 835-1810. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with lenders or service providers when it is necessary to review your eligibility or move your purchase forward, and only with your knowledge.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database and are accessible only to Ronnie Gilmer and authorized staff. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing Listwithronnie@gmail.com or texting (301) 835-1810.
